The Curse Of Billy Boils
After all these years of watching 911, my favorite Halloween episode is Masks. Even with the crazy storylines that the show has, this episode is one that shows just how crazy one little mishap can really drive the characters crazy.
In the episode, the 118 is hosting a halloween event and it was during that event where Buck accidentally rips the arm off what he thought was a fake prop, but he later finds out that it was real, causing him to think he’s cursed after learning more about the man behind the “prop”
I love how the episode involved Tommy. He was taking care of Buck when he injured his arm and he was there for him at the end of the episode
I feel like the Buck storyline was fun and it showed that the characters can be a little out there, but of course it wouldn't be 911 without a little drama. When Buck wasn’t dealing with Billy Boils, Hen and Karen had to take care of Denny when he was involved in an accident while trick or treating.
The 118 came together and supported each other and were there when Hen and Karen needed them. Tommy was there because he knew how important it was not only for Buck, but for Hen and Karen.
This was the episode before the break up and looking back with the knowledge of when they filmed Masks, they did this episode after filming the breakup so when Buck calls Tommy his boyfriend, they knew that was the only time we would hear either of them say "boyfriend" since we know what happens in the next episode.
Any episode that involves Tommy is a favorite episode. Maybe when Tommy and Buck get back together and get married then that would be number one.
